Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PeptideTrack iOS app, the website at peptidetrackapp.com, and any related services we operate (collectively, the "Service").

By installing, signing into, or using PeptideTrack, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, our Medical Disclaimer, and Apple's standard End User License Agreement that governs all App Store purchases. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PeptideTrack. The Community feed is age-gated on first access, and the compounds referenced throughout the app are not safe for anyone under 18. By using the Service you represent that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• Where compounds are physically administered, you are doing so under the guidance of a licensed healthcare provider in your jurisdiction.
• You have read and understood the Medical Disclaimer.

2. Not medical advice

PeptideTrack is a tracking journal and reference tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment.

Reported dosing ranges, side-effect profiles, drug-interaction notes, calculator outputs, AI-generated insights, peer reviews, and Community posts are for personal reference only. Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide, medication, or supplement regimen.

3. Research chemicals and legal status

Many peptides referenced in this app are research chemicals that are not approved by the FDA or equivalent regulators for human use. Controlled substances (including but not limited to testosterone) require a valid prescription in most jurisdictions.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you. PeptideTrack does not facilitate the purchase, possession, or distribution of any compound. We do not endorse or recommend any vendor, peptide, dosage, or protocol.

4. Your account

To use the Community feature you sign in with Apple. Your Sign in with Apple identifier is the basis for your account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@peptidetrackapp.com and we will help you recover or terminate it.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account or by emailing support@peptidetrackapp.com.

5. Your data and content

You own the dose logs, metrics, lab values, photos, posts, comments, and reviews you create.

You grant PeptideTrack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, display, and transmit the content you post to the Community (including images) solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This license ends when you delete the content. No other use rights are granted.

We do not claim ownership of your data. We do not sell or rent it.

6. Community conduct

When you post or comment, you must follow our Community Guidelines. In summary:

• No buying, selling, sourcing, or vendor links
• No medical advice (share what you did, not what others should do)
• No content involving minors
• No harassment, hate, or threats
• No private health information about anyone other than yourself
• No pornography, graphic violence, or illegal content
• No spam, brigading, fake reviews, or alternate accounts
• No impersonating doctors, researchers, or brands

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate the Community Guidelines. Repeat or severe violations result in a permanent ban.

7. Image uploads

You may attach up to 4 images per post, 10 MB per image, image file types only (no video). By uploading you confirm that the image is yours and does not infringe on anyone else's rights. See DMCA / IP infringement below for the process to report infringement.

8. Subscriptions and payment

PeptideTrack Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription:

• Annual: $18.99 per year, with a 3-day introductory free trial.
• Monthly: $4.99 per month, no trial.

Your payment method is charged through your Apple ID at the start of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Apple sends you a reminder the day before any free trial converts to paid.

You can manage or cancel your subscription:

• In iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
• In the app: Settings → Subscription → Manage

No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by law. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; PeptideTrack does not control Apple's refund decisions.

If you cancel, your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

9. Account and data deletion

You can delete your entire account and all associated data (local + backend) at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible.

Cancelling a subscription is a separate action handled by Apple. Deleting your PeptideTrack account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.

10. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for any decisions made based on that data. PeptideTrack's insights, calculator outputs, notifications, peer reviews, and reference data are computed from your entries (and from publicly available research literature) and may contain errors. Always independently verify critical information.

We do not guarantee that the information shown in the app is accurate, complete, or current.

11. DMCA / IP infringement

If you believe content on PeptideTrack infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice to support@peptidetrackapp.com that includes:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed.
3. The location of the allegedly infringing material on the Service (post URL, comment ID, or image URL).
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

We will action complete notices within 7 business days. We respond to counter-notices in accordance with the DMCA.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Use the Service to coordinate or facilitate the purchase, sale, or distribution of any controlled substance
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Interfere with the Service's operation, including by exploiting bugs, scraping the Community feed, or running automated tools against our backend
• Use the Service to harm, harass, threaten, or impersonate another person
• Submit false reports of abuse to silence other users

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or if continued use creates risk to other users or to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (Sections 5, 10, 14, 15, 16) will survive.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and your account.

14. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideTrack and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any health outcomes, lost data, lost profits, or other losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Reliance on any information shown in the Service
• Any compound you obtain, possess, or administer
• Any user-generated content posted to the Community
• Any unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptideTrack and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service in violation of any law
• Your content posted to the Community
• Any compound you obtain, possess, or administer

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in-app and at peptidetrackapp.com/terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
